Back Order Items
While we maintain substantial inventory, we cannot rule out the possibility of items being listed on our website but proves to be unavailable due to human errors, item defects spotted by our staff, etc. Should your order possess any items proves to be unavailable, we'd be happy to provide a refund or exchange for the unavailable item or full refund if you choose not to continue with the entire order.
Refunds and exchanges are given out for incorrectly sent items or items on backorder, unfortunately we cannot provide refund or exchange for items incorrectly purchased.
